About Me

I have been baking and decorating cakes for family and friends for thirteen years. I have always had a special love for being in a kitchen, so I decided to start my own business at the first opportunity I had. I have competed on SkillsUSA teams and hold an A.O.S. in Culinary Arts from CCC&TI in Boone, NC. I grew up in Mountain City, Tennessee, so I have a special love for the mountains.

I work alone in a professional kitchen, so every single element of your cake will be made from scratch by me with the best  and freshest possible ingredients. I will work with you personally to create unique, personalized desserts for your special occasion. From small get-togethers to large weddings, It would be an incredible honor to get the chance to work with you in making your special day as perfect as it can be!
